How we handle your details under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
When you order from your table we collect your name, mobile number, and — only if you choose to give it — your email address, along with the items you order and your table number.
Solely to prepare and serve your order, to contact you about it if needed, and to email you a payment receipt if you provided an email. We do not use your details for marketing unless you separately opt in.
Order details are held in our restaurant's point-of-sale system so staff can fulfil your order. They are retained only as long as needed for order fulfilment, billing, and statutory record-keeping, and then deleted or anonymised.
We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. It is processed only by Kitchen Flames staff and the service providers that host our ordering system on our behalf.
